Do you struggle with staying focused on your goals? Do you find yourself getting easily distracted from what it is you want to be doing? Are you looking for a concrete way to manifest your goals, ideas, dreams and values?
Join Anne Sabagh, Certified Life Coach, at Goose Creek Consulting, for a fun and practical Vision Board workshop where we'll each create our own vision board to call into our lives the things we want to manifest in 2019!
You may be wondering, what exactly is a vision board and why does it work? A vision board is a physical manifestation of your non-physical goals. It’s a good visual aid tool to remind us of what we want and stay focused on how to get it. The reason Vision Boards are effective is they are a constant visual reminder to continuously work to achieve your goals. Creating a Vision Board forces you to take the time to sit back and really think about what you want from life. Also, a Vision Board is an effective way to unstick yourself since a lot of times the reason our goals go uncompleted is we get stuck in a rut. Making a Vision Boards allows you to get out of your overly programmed brain and utilize your creativity
Creating a vision board allows the opportunity for you to train you mind to continuously visualize and manifest the life you want to live and the person you want to be. The vision board serves as your image of the future – a tangible example, idea or representation of where you are going. They should represent your dreams, your goals and your ideal life.
This fun workshop is limited to 4 people per workshop due to room size.
