Our career program uses consultations and testing on skills, aptitudes, motivations and interests, and combines that with the latest information on the academic world and job market to provide job- and career-matching by our certified life coaches.
We also look at collateral factors, such as work environments, learning styles, team orientation, personality type and other factors relevant to finding the best position.
We also offer a variety of optional follow up services. These follow-up services including career coaching, job targeting, mock interview preparation, resume production and other relevant marketing materials. We also help our clients work on job retention and coping skills for adjustments once they have successfully obtained a desirable position. We also follow up to help individuals fulfill career goals, including helping guide them toward a desirable career track.
