Anne Sabagh, mental health coach at Goose Creek Consulting, specializes in life skills development. Anne believes in the importance of connecting with her clients on a personal level and takes an individualized approach when coaching. She is passionate about what she does, dedicated to improving the lives and wellbeing of others, and tirelessly encourages positive change.
Anne works with clients on the autism spectrum, clients struggling with executive function skills, and clients seeking to improve their social skills. Some of the areas Anne focuses on developing are social skills, inattention and focus, time management, planning and follow through, financial guidance, and maintaining a productive daily schedule.
Anne has personal experience with autism which has allowed her to develop a unique perspective. She does not view it as a “disorder” but a “difference” that has both strengths and weaknesses. Her personal experience has given Anne a deep understanding of what it is like to struggle with social and developmental difficulties. She utilizes the toolbox of knowledge she’s built to teach, engage and support her clients to find positive coping techniques and successfully manage any concern they may have.
In her coaching Anne works with clients to find ways to develop their strengths and manage their weaknesses. Anne believes her role as a coach is to bring a deep level of empathy and understanding to her clients’ struggles by listening, hearing, and providing validation. Anne’s goal is to create a supportive environment and provide her clients with the necessary skills to foster personal and developmental growth.
